The Alchemist’s Paradox
A Rhône & Bordeaux Wine Dinner Experience
Join us at The Alchemist’s Garden for an evening of contrast, curiosity, and unexpected harmony.
In collaboration with Pear Valley Vineyard and Cairjn, this multi-course wine dinner explores a compelling paradox: two distinct wine traditions, Rhône and Bordeaux, revealing how opposing styles can both challenge and elevate a single table.
Throughout the evening, each course will be presented with a pairing, alternating between Rhône and Bordeaux, inviting guests to experience firsthand how structure, texture, and terroir shape the way we taste. Guided by the winemakers, Andy Neja and Jared Lee as well as The Alchemists’ Garden’s chef Andrew Brune, through not only a dinner, but a study in contrast. Where boldness meets restraint, and elegance emerges through opposition.
Expect a thoughtfully curated menu, immersive storytelling, and the signature touch of The Alchemist’s Garden; where the unexpected is not only welcomed, but refined.
This is a seated, limited-capacity experience designed for those who appreciate nuance, discovery, and the art of pairing.
One night. Two philosophies. A singular table.
