about the alchemists’

The Alchemists' Garden was dreamed up on the beaches of Puerto Rico by 4 bartenders, Alexandra Pellot, Andrew Brune, Tony Bennett, and Quin Cody, who were attending Tales On Tour, a bartending convention that was hosted in Alexandra's hometown. Somewhere found in the sunshine, salt air, and rum-soaked conversation, the 4 of them found their way to a shared dream. It wasn’t just about cocktails or craft, it was about building a place that could spark curiosity, connection, and creative alchemy. Less than a year later, their dream took root in Paso Robles, as they were joined by Norin and Nona Grancell, transforming that shared vision into a living, breathing reality.

Today, The Alchemists’ Garden restaurant and bar stands at the corner of Pine and 12th of Downtown Paso Robles, CA, as a testament to that dream. Globally inspired dishes like bone marrow, duck bucatini, and tiger prawns invite sharing and delight. It’s where every cocktail unfolds like a story, with smoke, caviar, and botanical artistry weaving together in theatrical harmony. Here, imagination is as essential as the ingredients, and every moment, from a cocktail on the patio to a hushed revelry in The Remedy cocktail lounge, is crafted to ignite the senses, spark joy, and inspire dreaming anew.
