Espresso Martini Flight = Sunday Funday
Join us for a special Espresso Martini Flight on Sunday Afternoon at Alchemists Garden in celebration of Women’s Month.
We’re excited to welcome Walker, a representative from Hjerte Cold Brew, who will be joining us for the evening to share their craft and help us showcase the versatility of exceptional cold brew in cocktails.
For this event, our bar team will be featuring a curated flight of three unique espresso martinis, each offering a different and creative take on the modern espresso martini culture. Expect bold coffee flavor, thoughtful ingredients, and a few surprises along the way.
This is not a ticketed event, but seating is limited.
To ensure you have a table during the event, please reserve a lunch reservation the hours of 1pm - 3:30pm or try your luck and swing by on the day of.

Join us for an intimate, hands-on cocktail experience featuring the exceptional Maestro Dobel Diamanté, a charcoal-filtered Añejo tequila blend known for its smooth, refined character.
Hosted at The Alchemists’ Garden, this guided session invites you to step behind the bar and learn the craft of cocktail making in a fun, social setting.
Each guest will receive:
A full bottle of Maestro Dobel Diamanté tequila to work with during the class and take home after
A cocktail kit to take home
Curated recipe cards to recreate your drinks
Throughout the experience, you’ll learn how to create both shaken and stirred cocktails, exploring what makes each style unique, from technique and balance to flavor and presentation.
At the end of the session, take home your shaker kit, recipe cards, and the remaining tequila from your bottle to continue crafting cocktails on your own.
Guest Tasting Experience - Bartending Competition Final Round
The Alchemists’ Garden transforms once again for the Final Round of our 2025 Bartending Competition. This time featuring the bold flavors of Sazerac Rye Whiskey.
Join us for an unforgettable evening as top bartenders craft original cocktails live before a panel of judges. With your ticket, you’ll sip your way through every finalists cocktail, and even have the chance to vote on your favorite cocktail of the event.

New Years Eve Table At The Alchemists' Garden
Come dance in the New Year with us at The Alchemists' Garden in the heart of downtown Paso Robles.
Here you can purchase a table in our main dining room, bar area or Remedy Cocktail Lounge. Each table purchase comes with a bottle of sparkling wine , New Years eve party favors and a midnight toast. Food will be available for purchase in both the Dining room and Bar tables until 10:30.
Tickets will be available for purchase at the door for general admittance that does not include a seat or party favors. This is a 21+ event.
