This round challenges our competing bartenders to explore sustainability as a craft discipline—creating original cocktails that pair Weber Ranch 1902 Agave Vodka with ingredients and techniques that rethink waste, celebrate local sourcing, preserve what might otherwise be lost, or simply find a smarter way to work behind the bar.

Entry is free with your RSVP. While your RSVP does not include a seat or tastes of the competitors' cocktail submissions, full food and beverage service will be available for purchase.
